About: Gloria C. Adams is a poet, playwright, screenwriter, and mother. In 2006, she directed a short play utilizing mostly high school freshman in her cast, providing a basis for her firm belief in the educational value of arts and performance. She has presented original poetry at Sigma Tau Delta national convention, written a short play for the 2010 spring New Works festival, directed a short play for the 2010 fall New Works festival, and in 2010 she wrote and produced her first screenplay, Hard Bargain. She is a founding partner of Guilty Witness Productions. She is a firm believer in the power of art and literature to transform and enlighten. Gloria is currently an English Major pursuing certification in Secondary English and Theatre Education at St. Edward’s University, where she has made the Dean’s list for four consecutive semesters.
